Meals & Nap Time
A healthy body supports a healthy mind.
Which is why every part of your child’s day, from learning to mealtime to rest, is thoughtfully planned to support growth, comfort, and happiness.
All meals are included at no extra cost. Our four-week rotating menu features nutritious, child-friendly dishes prepared fresh daily.
We accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions with advance notice. Teachers monitor children closely during mealtimes to ensure safety and comfort.
Teachers guide children to serve themselves, use cutlery confidently, and clean up after meals, building independence and social skills.
After lunch, younger preschoolers (Pre-Nursery to N2) enjoy a quiet nap in air-conditioned rest areas. Each child has their own labelled bedding, cleaned regularly for hygiene and comfort.
Teachers maintain a peaceful atmosphere with soft lighting, gentle music, and comforting supervision. Children who prefer not to nap are engaged in quiet, low-stimulation activities.
